Installation

Copy this skill directory into your Mayros skills folder:

cp -r skills/okr-tracker ~/.mayros/skills/okr-tracker

Or install via the Mayros CLI:

mayros skill install @apilium/okr-tracker

Usage

Once configured, the agent can:

• Create OKRs: Write well-formed objectives with measurable key results
• Score OKRs: Apply the Google 0.0-1.0 scoring methodology
• Alignment: Link individual OKRs to team OKRs to company OKRs
• Check-ins: Generate weekly/biweekly progress updates
• Anti-patterns: Detect common OKR mistakes (too many, tasks-as-KRs, sandbagging)
